Lever 2000 Free Movie Tix and Gift Idea

We've been buying 8 packs of specially marked packages of Lever 2000 soap. They have a free movie ticket in them! The tix are easy to use and work at almost all the major cinema complexes.

For a xmas gift idea, I have my sons place a sticker over the Lever 2000 part of the bar of soap and then I lightly dip the stickered area in melted paraffin wax. When cool, we wrapped them in colorful cellophane paper for gifts. They look really nice and will make a cute gift from our sons...plus we get to keep the movie ticket!

I didthe soap gifts with my daughter!! I can't imagine how you are "dipping" them?? We used those sponge paint brushes to wipe the wax across the sticker.

The stickers last almost till the end of the use of the soap. So they are great Grandparent Gifts!!

Thanks for the tip. I'm going to go out & look for these packs of Lever soap! I was also curious - how do you dip the soap? Do you just use regular parafin wax? Thanks!

My friend just gave me a "recipe" for making soap balls from shaved bars of soap and I was off to buy some when I read your post! This was so cool! I got three packs (and three movie tickets!) on sale for less than $7 each. A movie ticket here is at least $8! Woo Hoo! I just wanted to say thanks for posting this! I am alwyas on the lookout for good information like this!
