Letting Ressie expire?

If I made a ressie, and due to outside circumstances let it expire, can I set up a new one and have a 14 day window again?
Can I make a new one the next day?
We are looking at a value in June. So I don't think I have to worry about it being booked solid, do I?

Yes you can do this - of course your new reservation will be based upon what is available as of now for your dates.
