Letters of Recommendation

I saw a blog that mentioned he got all of his letters of recommendation for his application to Career Start. Do I need some if I apply for the CP or is it just CS?

It's just for CareerStart, if you are applying for a CP program it is not a requirement. For CP program you have to be in college and enrolled.
