letters from a princess

I know I've seen these on the boards before, but does someone do customized letters from the princesses? Some of my coworkers are going to Disney next month and I would like to surprise them with letters to take to their little girls.
One (Lauren) is going to have dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table. The other two are sisters (Gracie & Genna) and they will be meeting the princesses at Akershouse in Epcot.
If someone could help me with these, I would greatly appreciate it!
