When can I expect to get a letter of agreement? I was told July 1st that they would temporarily hold June 30, 2009. I went ahead and booked video/photography. Did I jump the gun? :confused3

Thanks!

I see you're planning on the Wedding Pavilion I'm pretty sure they don't send out the contracts for WP until 8 months out, but I could be wrong.

Nope you should be all set as you're penciled in for the 30th. I think you would get the letter on December 30th, 2009 :thumbsup2

Most likely not! We almost missed out on Stan, and we booked him one year out! You made the right decision. :goodvibes

Hmmm, I would ask your planner, I was able to contract at 12 months out and I am WP/ADH... :confused3

I was told I would find out if I had the date at 12 months but I wouldn't sign the contract until 8 months. But my planner said she wasn't concerned about us getting our desired ceremony location/time, that if anything it's possible a corporate group would book the reception location since they can book at any time. Most photographers understand the situation and will work with you if things change around.

Yeah, it's based on where your reception location is - only theme park locations, Ariel's and Atlantic Dance Hall can be confirmed 12 months out. :thumbsup2
