Letter K Exchange Sent/Received-Completed!

I mailed our packages today and received mine.

Mine was from Colleen (mickeyfan2) and it included:

• K stamp & stamp pad
• Kermit Address Book (I collect frogs so this was awesome )
• Kermit Luggage Tag (Second package I've gotten recently with frog stuff in it. My DD6 is amazed that our friends know so much about us. )
• Koala Soap (I've never seen anything like this. It's so cute that I'm not sure if I want to use it. )
• Kitchen Sticky Pads, Note cards and journal (I love MaryEnglebreit and each of these items will go to great use!!)
• Kollah Buch Coloring Book

Here is a shocker for you
My post office decided to hold the girls packages until they "saw" me

their reasoning Well we know when you get one there are normally a bunch more behind it so that is why we didn't send you a notice

"we knew you would be in eventually"

THAT IS THE FINAL STRAW

I lodged an offical complaint with the Post Master General yesterday

I reshipped new packages to both our K people and two others

one to the UK again (at 16.00 shipping) I was Beyond MAD

so I went to the neighboring town and got a PO box

that will be what I use for any future exchanges

so anyway

both the girls got there Exchanges

a nice exchange from Someone in TX

she wrote out a list for me on scrap paper and put it bythe computer

Kleenex packs
a Kitchen towel

hope we got it all

Glad she also got these goodies...looks like I should have just shipped them in the same box since you had all that trouble with the po.

My post office is also in a neighboring town. Don't know that my local one is like yours, but I know the people in the neighboring town (it's where I work) and I just feel better about it. Hope it works out for you as well as it has for me.
