I'm a very, very, very picky eater. My sandwiches consist of cheese and mustard... that's it. DH, on the other hand, is very creative. He will come up with the most insane combinations.

What do you like on your sandwiches?

I'm not much of a sandwich eater at all. I don't care for lunch meat unless it's really high quality.

I do like a good BLT though.

Mmmmmm... sandwich. My favorite food group. What's not to love about them?

I'm much more daring than you. When making them at home I also add lettuce. :teeth: When ordering them out (ie, not having to prepare the stuff) I might add more vegies, like onions, green peppers, olives, jalapenos, etc.

I do like to make a hot sandwich at home. I saute onions and green peppers and add a little salt and pepper flakes. I get sub rolls, with mayo (or whatever spread), add the cooked vegies, sliced black olives, and a slice of provolone cheese and then broil. That is very good!

Thanks a lot--now I'm hungry!

I like mayo, or Italian dressing, or even blue cheese dressing.

I love real roasted turkey, and Boar's Head cold cuts like RB, and Chicken.

At Subway I like to get the veggie with no tomatoes and no hot peppers...but other than that I like all the veggies.

I have never met a sandwich I wouldn't eat. :teeth:

My favorite would be an Italian hoagie...or maybe a club...or possibly grilled cheese with tomato...on the other hand, a nice turkey and swiss has its merits...and then there is roast beef with spicy horseradish...

Ugh...still 2 hours til lunch...

Bread, high quality lunch meat, a good cheese and mustard. Nothing else, no mayo, no pickle, no lettuce, no tomato, nothing.

My favorite sandwich is hot corned beef on sourdough with provalone and 1000 Island dressing. I used to order a reuben with sourdough instead of rye, provalone instead of swiss, and no sauerkraut, but my sister laughed at me for going all Sally (from When Harry Met Sally) so now I just order hot corned beef! :teeth:

We have a deli a few miles down the road...they have the best sandwiches. My favorite is the cuban reuban. They will press your sandwich with butter or garlic butter........I might have one for lunch today.

I had a fantsatic sandwich the other day at a local deli.

It had deli ham on a 12 grain bread with pineapple cream cheese and honey mustrad. It was SO good!!!

Turkey, good turkey not icky deli counter, lunchmeat turket...avacado, onions, a little lettuce, tomato and cheese on a wheat roll...Heaven.

I will make a sandwich out of anything. My DW just shakes her head. Now my DS has started doing the same thing :thumbsup2 . I have always said everything tastes better on a biscuit. :teeth:

That's just like my husband... he's like the Wolfgang Puck of sandwiches :rotfl:

I like all the typical stuff, ham, turkey..whatever...
but my favorite is chicken, bacon, ranch dressing, w/lettuce and cucumber slices!!!

I'm happy with several different types of cheese, pickles and mayo on an Amoroso's roll!
