Karenj2 - I love the ottoman fabric with the matching pillows! And your paint matches the blue so well! Thanks for posting pics. How do you like the chaise? I'm still on the fence and will keep looking for a while, which at least gives me plenty of time to decide.

We had been looking for a leather sectional for a couple of months. I liked the look of the Cloud at Furniture Row, so did my DH.
There was a sofa and loveseat we liked at Ashley also. But I researched both on consumer review sites and the reviews were awful.
So we kept looking and finally found a leather sectional at Bassett. 30% off on sale right now because it is their anniversary. It was actually cheaper than the set we liked at Ashley, and Bassett has really good reviews for quality. They are only running the sale through Oct. 2 I think.
Just from the showroom furniture, we could see and feel a difference between the sets.
It hasn't arrived yet, but anxiously awaiting it. Next up will be replacing the crappy denim slipcovered set we have in our family room.

Thanks! I Fell in love with that fabric - DH was a bit afraid, but he loves It now. As for the chaise, I use it all the time! It's not the same as a recliner, but it's still nice. I matched the paint color to the ottoman.

When I was looking about 4 years ago, it was really hard to find exactly what I wanted. It had to have the short leg on a specific side, and I wanted it to be full leather, not just on the seats. I also wanted a more modern look to it. We started off looking at Flexsteel because I have had good experience with them, but I did not like any of their designs. In particular the arms were just too big.

We ended up at a specialty leather store and were able to find exactly what we wanted. The furniture maker is Elite Leather, and we were able to say how many (3 or 4) seats for the long section, two on the short, plus a chaise end. We were also able to say if we wanted two long cushions vs. individual cushions.

The best part about this company is that it is all manufactured in America. Really hard to find that in a furniture company these days.

I think we paid about $4000 which included shipping and delivery to our home. That was more than what I originally wanted to spend, but we are glad we went ahead with it. It is still in good shape and I can tell we will have it for a long time to come.
