Oh, there are some strange laws out there, for example...did you know that it is illegal to whistle under water in the state of Vermont? This is an actual law and it does beg an explanation as to what happened to ever get it written.

I don't think it is enforced anymore, if it ever was! :confused3

It's also illegal to sleep on top of a refrigerator out doors in PA. Completely off topic, but check out this page if you're interested in more. Enjoy!

Good grief give the girl a break. If I had a wedgie that far up, I'd need a scooter too because I wouldn't be able to walk after a couple hours! :o ;)

This was taken on our way out of Animal Kingdom.
She must've spent the earlier part of the day walking around in 6" heels and now has horrible blisters on her feet. And surely she just got off KRR. I'm afraid my girls have some clothes that might look that way wet. But I would certainly be walking just behind them so they weren't showing this view to the world.

I see Stitch!!!

Maybe person meant illegal to be barefoot in public places (amusement parks, restaurants, etc)? Ya know, no shoes, no shirt, no service!;)

You would think that especially after having it drilled into your head since you were little!

We went to Coral Reef for dinner on 9/21 and waited with this chick--I went up and told the hostess counter she was there with no shoes... they did nothing----I went back about 15 mins later and reminded them when they came to get her party...still nothing--They walked her right into the restaurant with no shoes on.

OH, now that's just nasty!!! Where's the health inspector when you need 'em??? :scared:

I love coming to this thread. I get a laugh each and every time I browse through the pictures. Thanks everyone! ;)

Maybe they don't have a policy around this? I've never personally seen anything posted. I don't think this is a health issue...no more than flip flops. might be a safety issue for her though.

Should it really have to be posted?? I don't know what you'd call it...respect,,manners,,whatever- but you don't show up to a restaurant with no shoes on for dinner!

It is a health issue--at least in all the restaurants I've worked in---We had a lady one time take her shoes off to put them up onto the booth seat and the manager went over and told her she needed to put her shoes back on----all I could think of was-say this woman had some wierd fungal foot disease and rubbed them all over that seat, then you come in with your little one who gets tired and falls asleep with their face on that seat---then your kid ends up with the weird fungal disease on their face.

I personally was disgusted by the fact they let her in with no shoes on.

I don't see anything wrong with the picture.:confused3 Some people don't have a problem walking in heels for hours.

Maybe they were going to lunch/dinner and planned to change later.

I know plenty of women(myself included) who wear heels with jeans. All of my dressy boots have heels.

OP, I think you intentions were good, but I'm willing to bet things may get nasty here.

I wonder what would happen if someone posted a What The..... picture of:

a 10 year old in a stroller
a child on a leach
a heavy person eating

popcorn:: popcorn:: popcorn::
Oh, good grief. it is all in fun.

OMG, this thread is amazing!! Keep it going!! :thumbsup2

I am actually totally shocked my DH and I aren't in one of the pics on this thread. Everytime we are in a pool, and there are a bunch of people gathered together in the pool for a picture, we do this big thing where he pretends to push me underwater.. We have made it in at least 20 pictures so far..

So, if anyone was at POP in Sept '05, yes, that's us in that picture.. :rotfl:

I am not sure if this would "qualify" as a what the... but it makes me giggle when I look... Its my son and hubby and they were SOOOOOOO BEAT after a whole day in the park. Could my son look anymore like a tourist if he TRIED?:rotfl:

OOPS I keep getting an error saying post count too low to post links...

Here is the ULR if someone could post it for me I would appreciate it:cheer2:

He was so beat we had to carry him to the room
(I mean the son not the hubby:rotfl: :rotfl: )

:offtopic: :offtopic: ArielRae, put a couple of black smudges on Golden and he'd look just like our Clementine.
