I don't have any pictures yet, but this is our first year using the stencils and carving tools. OMG, the carving saw is my new best friend. DD and I had a blast doing her and DS pumpkins. DS loves a carved pumpkin, but he has a very weak stomach and ends up looking like the pumpkin in Cantw8 post, if he is anywhere near the carving station. He picks what he wants his to look like, then goes to his room until it's time to put the candle in it.

I LOVE the tink pumpkin!!

We are carving tonight and I gotta tell you mine willbe sad compared to you guys LOL

We do have a 60 lb pumpkin we bought for my new Grandchilds 1st Halloween and we are going to set her in it before we carve the face out. That one will be pretty just cause of the baby ! : )

Those VMK pumpkins are awesome! My ds13 is still mad that Disney ended VMK. I can't wait to show him these!

I love pumpkin carving. Every year I coordinate our pumpkins with our costumes. I can never find a stencil that I like so I do them freehand. I know they aren't the greatest, but they sure are fun to do.

These are from previous halloweens. We don't carve them until a few days before halloween, but I'd love to post them when we get them done too.

DS5 did this one. I drew a face and he just followed the lines. Made it easy for him.





DS10 did this one all on his own.




Did this one a couple of years ago when VMK was still around for a DIS contest they had.



DH did this one last year. I think he also did his freehand.




And last, but first. My first ever attempt at carving freehand and what got me hooked on pumpkin carving. Tink is blowing pixie dust so the sparkle goes around the pumpkin. I have so many more, but alas I do not want to be a thread hog. Thx for looking at my pics!
