This happen to us at Christmas time. One of DD's school friends was there. 400 miles from home.

True... but this maybe the last year. DH wants to do 1 big WDW trip next year instead of the 4 or 5 DLR trips we usually do. I'm not sure how I feel about that yet.

The next poster has been to both WDW and DLR and thinks WDW is worth the above mentioned sacrifice.

I have been to both..........and love both and go to both pretty regularly. We alternate years. This is a DL year with 5 trips, next year we do WDW for 4 trips.
So, I think it is worth it for you.........at least once
