I have been to both..........and love both and go to both pretty regularly. We alternate years. This is a DL year with 5 trips, next year we do WDW for 4 trips.
So, I think it is worth it for you.........at least once

Thank you. You just brought tears to my eyes. I didn't even think of asking DH if we could alternate years. That would be wonderful.

False. Never been on an overnight cruise. I have a bit of a phobia. We went on a glacier cruise in Alaska and my heart raced the whole 3 hours we were on it. :/

no grandchildren yet.........but you can bet they will be going with us!!

tnp goes to other parks or attractions in the area when they are on a Disney trip

(alternating makes sense to us, since we like both. We have been doing it for about 10 years now)

False. I don't really like the LA area. We visit a beach once a year, but try to keep in the Disney bubble as much as possible.

True. Although I haven't been a lot, I do love the LA area in general, especially Rodeo, Hollywood, Venice Beach...

False.. well kinda... I never not enjoy it, but I much prefer the Fall and Winter months.

Not sure these days when off season is exactly but..... I do prefer to go when the parks before opening do not resemble chow time in the back 40 where thousands of head of cattle are waiting for their hay.
