Lets Lighten the Mood a Bit.....

Watching "Elephant" with the kids ... And made me think .. I know others have posted about the one single food you would eat at Disney right now -

Well, how about the ONE single spot - a certain park bench?
A ride/attraction ?
A spot you love waiting for fireworks/parades?
A restaurant ?

So.. We thought of ours - African Savannah - sitting in safari vehicle !
"Jambo all" !!!

Strolling slowly round World Showcase while the sun is setting, just watching the people as the lights come on...

Strolling around World Showcase, drink and snack in hand, chatting with husband searching for either the hidden Easter eggs during the Easter season or hidden Remy statues during Food and Wine (we have a very serious competition going).

This is such a great thread! So many scenes and images are flooding my brain, so many happy times in happy places--I honestly can't choose!

I'm getting out our Disney photo album and putting it on the coffee table for us all to pick up and leaf through from time to time and remember better days past, and envision better days to come. There are some empty pages at the end of that album just waiting to be filled!

Sitting in a plastic log, floating underneath the snoring cabins atop Chickapin, looking at the tall evergreen trees that have been growing for a long time at Disneyland...it is the quiet spot of all in the park, all by yourself....serene Disney peace.

Entering the gate at Shades of Green the night we arrive and seeing the lighted soldiers. WOW ! Thanks to all.

Imagine standing (or sitting) along the walkway in front of the Yacht/Beach Club just as the sun starts to go down and the lights begin to go on across Crescent Lake at the Boardwalk area. From that time to just about dark, the atmosphere is truly magical. Almost any spot at WDW is delightful at twilight, but that particular spot is one of my Happy Places.

I'd like to be in the UK in the world showcase, in late afternoon, having a drink, watching the band play back in that hedge maze area.

Well, if I am not on one of my favorite rides, then I would say sitting down somewhere in Future World of Epcot, maybe between Imagination and The Land, eating a soft pretzel or popcorn and taking in the sights while listening to the Innovations background music loop. Of course, we have not been back since last July and that area is torn to shreds now. But, I am sure it will look great when they are finished. My biggest fear for that area is that they will not use the same music.
