I just had to take a moment and publicly thank Michelle from DU taking "boatloads" of time to help me this past week. I have been emailing her with constant requests for quotes, questions, and changes in reservations. She has been extremely patient~more so than I would have been in her shoes~ and she has always responded promptly. Feel free to thank your friendly DU agent here today!

Michelle is fantastic and has helped us on a couple of land based vacations. For cruises we have Donna who is also great and gets back to me very quickly. I've even received cruise e-mails from Cathy telling about her experiences even though she wasn't our agent.

All in all I think that the Dreams agents can't be beat when it comes to service.

Donna has always been very helpful to us, and very prompt with emails. Last year, we enjoyed meeting Cathy on board, and since then, she has been our TA with the "face to go with the name", if you know what I mean. She is awesome! Both Donna and Cathy have taken care of every request we've made.

I have to say Cathy is the best!!! I've dealt with her for all of the cruises I've booked, unforunately I've only taken one. She's been the BEST agent I've ever dealt with!!! I'm now waiting for the Christmas 2004 dates to be released, and my request is on Cathy's desk, so I know I'm in good hands!!!

We'll throw in another vote for Michelle and Donna, and a friend of mine at work who booked with DU on my recommendation was just telling me how good Cathy is the other day. Since we are experienced Disneyphiles, we don't need the itinerary planning for WDW trips, but my friend wanted everything taken care of and she is extremely pleased with all the services offered by DU. It's nice to be able to recommend them to other people and know that they will have a great experience.

Cathy is great. I get quotes from her pretty often and she is always helpful and always patient. I think she understands that we all dream often of going on a Disney cruise and need to hear how much money it is so we can save- save- save. I will be getting yet another quote from her after we get our tax check back.

We are also waiting for 2005 prices to come out. Meanwhile Cathy has been great answering many questions. We will surely book with her once Disney releases the dates. This is my first time using a TA since I am a control freak, so far so good!
