Let's Have Some Fun: One Disney Wish for 2011

Just for fun, if you had one wish that would come true for the Disney Parks in 2011 what would it be? It could be anything.

I'd love to see a river with boat service connecting AKV to the Animal Kingdom.

I would like someone to 'invent' a transporter system like on Star Trek so that my friends could come to WDW any time they wanted and I would see them more often.

I still wouldn't go to their houses though

Immediate wish they will announce the Star Wars weekend dates.

Now, I got to dream bigger! I wish that the parks were empty! I love an empty park.

Oh and they Osborne Lights and Candlelight were starting in October. (That is what Kaleb will miss most when we go.) The stores start Christmas then why not Disney.

They would bring back the original Figment ride and Tom Morrow back to Epcot.

They started a Marvel comic book character meal.

They bring back Mr. Toad to MK.

Oh just a few....

My semi-realistic wish is that the Disney Parks merchandise will go away and they will go back to the unique, quality merchandise that used to be offered in the parks.

For total Blue Sky, I'll go with John's wish. A transporter sounds like a great idea to me, maybe Sheldon could get working on that for them.

I totally agree with this one! The generic stuff just doesn't cut it.

Does anyone know if I'm going to be able to get *anything* that says DL PARIS on it???? That would really suck if I couldn't get anything, my probably one time there...

One way to find out before the "official" announcement is to email the regular guest stars themselves.

Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca) or his wife email back within a day or so, unless they are out of town at a convention. IF he is appearing at WDW Starwars weekends, he let's his fans know as soon as he gets confirmation.

My Disney wish for 2011 is to get through the marathon uninjured (along iwth everyone else) and I would really like a BQ time but that might be a bridge too far for this one.

A new Epcot country announcement would be cool.

That they bring Journey into Imagination back to its former glory. Of course you knew this was coming, that they do something between World Showcase and Future World in Epcot for the holidays. Bring back the Christmas tree lighting ceremony and gasp maybe a new version of the Lights of Winter. C'mon Disney I know you can do it!

A new home for the Adventurers Club since it's likely Hyperion Wharf is killing the place for good.

Not gonna happen, but that would be my wish. I want stuff to do at night.

What Country is coming to World Showcase and when?

Make SWW Dates permament! (The last 2 weekends in May and first 2 weekends in June. These are great in my book!)
