At least this generation will get to enjoy the Sportsnet commentary instead of foreign broadcasters and their slant towards the American team involved.

Not a huge baseball (sports in general) fan but I'll get on board and watch a few minutes here and there during a playoff run. DH was amazed I sat and watched a few minutes of yesterdays game with him. He thought I was truly interested and started to tell me about what I had missed... He misses having the boys in the house. I don't quite cut it when it comes to talking sports.

After years of being a huge fan,,,even fantasy league player,,,after the strike,,,it was strike out for me. Dont watch, dont care, spend my money elsewhere.
This is why a lot of my friends are surprised I am not heading to the Kingdom for at least 4 years,,,but as my wife says, somethings I am stubborn on.
