I am Sooooooo excited that the Penguins will be returning to the Stanley Cup Finals this year.

The game last night was great, though I am struggling getting ready for work this morning.

Hoping that Detroit wraps it up tonight so we can begin play on Saturday.

Anyone else excited???

Not "counting chickens"...just confident. I said I was "looking forward to a re-match", not guaranteeing one.

And, yes, it would be interesting even to me to finally see someone besides Crosby crying.

Regarding Hossa...I told DH that if we lose to the Pens this year I'm putting all the blame on Hossa and renaming him "Jinx"! Can you really imagine how it would feel to jump ship like that and then lose to the team you left???? Ouch! BUT, since I'm a hockey fan and not all that compassionate at times, I'd probably have a good laugh at him!

As a diehard Blues fan, I'm also throwing my (temporary) allegiance behind the Pens. Any team that might possibly cause something bad to happen to the Hawks or ESPECIALLY the Wings is a team I wanna cheer for.

As a Montreal Canadian fan, Congrats to the East Conf. Champs.

Cup Finals should go to 6 or 7 games vs Detroit. The series should mirror the Wings-Ducks series as both teams will pound each other.
