I'm 28 years old, married for 4 years. DH is also 28 years old. No kids, but hope to sometime soon. No pets right now. DH and I both work full time.

Hobbies- I like to read. Mysteries are my favorite. Agatha Christie and Rex Stout are two of my favorites, I love their books. I also like scrapbooking. And I am a photography nut. I bought my first digital camera this spring and have been loving it. I took almost 3000 pictures on our last WDW trip....

We have been to WDW three times since we were married. Once for our honeymoon. It is my favorite place on earth

Wow this is hard to do.....all of a sudden I can't think of anything.

I love the disboards as you can see by all the posts. I spend a lot of time on the chatters thread and the offended thread...so you know where to find me.

I'm Tracy. 35 years old... (Oh my G*d. That is so painful to write!)
I am married to a wonderful man who I have been with for the past 17+ years (Married for 10.5 of those.)
We don't have any human children, but we have 4 dogs and a kitty.
Milo and Cammie are Keeshonds. Bubba is a Doberman (retired show dog and finished Champion.) Reebok is a Lab. (He is a retired service dog that we trained.) Lucy is our calico pound kitty.

Extended family consists of Dad, stepmom, sister, step-sister, step-brother and half sister. (Confused yet? ) Like everyone else, my childhood was rough. My Mother died from ovarian cancer when I was 13 and my little sis was 11. My parents had already been divorced by then.

I am the oldest child. I am a Scorpio. I love animals. I haven't lived at home since I was 16.

Like many on this thread, I don't have friends IRL. I have been stepped on so many times that now I just avoid relationships all together. I am lucky that my DH is my absolute best friend and has been for years.

Hmmm, can't think of anything else, lol! Oh wait! I worked in Human Resources for the past 13 years until I decided this year to follow my dream of selling Real Estate. I am really enjoying it and it is forcing me to come out of my shell!

Music I like: Varies... Anything from 80's to classical. TV: I love reality TV. It's like candy for your brain. Food: Mexican!

Now you guys know more about me than almost anyone... Can we add a no-stalking policy to this thread?

I'm a Victims Assistance Coordinator for a juvenile probation department. I have lots of cool stories from there. I should write a book.

I like all kinds of music. I used to not care for country, but it's growing on me in my old age.

I like reality tv and some of the new dramas: Grey's Anatomy, Heroes, and LOST(when it's on).

I'm pretty shy and take my time getting to know people, but once I'm comfortable I'm easy to talk to. I'm a much better listener than talker.

Our oldest DS has had alot of medical problems and is lucky to be alive.

My dad was in the AF and DH was in the Navy.
I moved my whole life. I went to 3 different high schools.
It made it very difficult to keep any friends.
I dont have a lot of close friends because as soon as I got close to one of them, we moved or they did.

My dad, sister, BIL and nephew all live together.
My MIL is a PITA and drives me crazy.
We have a golden retriever named Beau and he is a big baby.

Personal fact
in one of my HS I was bullied very badly. I was told daily how ugly I was.
I was picked up and carried out of the school and tossed in the court yard 2 many times to count.

My name is Beth. I will be 39 next month. I live in Tampa with my DH, Gary, my 5 year old son, Aiden, my dog, Bingo, and my cat, Ally. This is my second marriage.

I have degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of South Florida, but at the moment I work in the software industry doing nothing related to those fields. At USF, I was a walk-on to the Women's Cross Country team the first year it existed, my junior year. I still run, and have over the years even won several local races, but the only races I have done in the past few years are 1-mile fun runs running with my son.

I like to read horror novels, mysteries, and thrillers (Stephen King, John Saul, John Sanford, Mary Higgins Clark are my favorites). I do like to throw in something completely different to read now and then. I have the same type of taste in movies, but also love children's movies, especially Disney.

My favorite TV shows are 24, Desperate Housewives, ER, House, Standoff, Brothers and Sisters, and What About Brian.

Some of my other hobbies are crafts, drawing, sports, surfing the web, going to flea markets, history, and of course Disney.

Something personal...hmm....I am very small (5'1, about 105) and fit in girls size clothing, and but girls sizes often because they are cheaper than women's.

I graduated from USC. Please don't remind me about losing to UCLA. My degree is in Social Science and Psychology.

I'm a Democrat. I don't like George Bush Jr, but love his Dad.

I'm Pro Gay Marriage. I believe in teaching my children to accept all people for who they are.

Both of my children have special needs. One is autistic and the other has sensory issues and autistic tendencies.

OK..here we go...I'm 46 (Goodness soon to be 47!) married to a wonderful woman .. DW.. who I credit with pointing me into a positive direction that quite frankly changed my life for the better! Married for 18 wondeful years. 2 boys 15, and 13 who I am very proud of!
I also work for a Major Cable Telecommunications Company as the Lead Headend Technician going on for 20 years. Melwood23...we should compare stories!

I play wicked guitar...Les Paul '76 standard, and of course a Strat! Marshall amps as nothing else will do!

I LOVE EVERYTHING DISNEY!!!!!!!! My goodness I wish I could live in Disneyland! Taking our first WDW trip next July! WooHoo!

Like to stay in active! If I get a couple of shots of Patron in me maybe I'll post my " summer 6 pack abs" pix!

I'm 34, married to my college sweetheart, and have three boys.

I grew up on Long Island (in the Hamptons) but now live in Buffalo.

I teach 3rd grade in an inner city public school.

I'm very active in my church. My friends consist of a core group of 5-6 families at church with kids the same age as mine. I'm also very close to a family who's son was once in my class.

I'm a little on the crafty side and I enjoy scrapbooking, making gift baskets, and decorating my home.

My favorite TV show by far is LOST...I'm actually a little fanatical about it. Grey's Anatomy comes in at a close second.

Interesting factoids: My maternal grandfather was the first African American in the Navy and he was also the first black air traffic controller, my paternal grandmother used to work for Helen Keller.

Hey everyone! I'm Tiffany, 18 years old and a freshman at the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign. I'm majoring in French. I am actively involved in the Intervarsity Christian Fellowship at my school and I also spend time promoting the music of a good friend of mine, Jay Mathes (www.jaymathes.com...sorry, couldn't resist!).
I have an older brother, Steven, who's 21, and he is without a doubt my best friend. He always seems to know what's best for me, which is good because I certainly don't!
I played the flute for 8 years and then stopped when I began college, but my Music Education major roommate is making me miss band, so I may audition for one next fall.
I actually enjoy reading Shakespeare and I am thoroughly addicted to coffee.
After I graduate, I would like to have a career as a French-English translator.
Obviously, I love Walt Disney World a ton, and next year, from January 17 to August 10, I will be doing the College Program, working in Merchandise.

OK, I'm next!

I'm a 27yo (ouch!) female, living in the exotic country Belgium. (exotic, right... it's been raining the whole week and it's freakin' cold outside, brrrrrr).
I still live wth my parents, as many young people over here do. My two younger brothers also live at home.

I have a DBF since 4 months, but we know each other since a little less than two years, and I have had a crush on him since about the first time I met him. I must admit that I am really waiting a proposal accompanied by a nice big ol' diamond ring!

I am counting my last days at the IT department of a Belgian grocery store chain, that also operates in the US. On January 2, I'll start my new job as senior consultant for a large international consulting firm. Can't wait for that first day over there, since it's a big step forward fo me (career-wise and pay-wise!)

I'm a rather shy person. From my first day at school until my last day at management school, I used to be the person in class who was constantly picked on. Whatever I did to be part of the bunch, it never worked... In primary/ secondary school, I was a lot taller than the other girls in my class (went to an all-girls school) and wore glasses and braces, and that was enough for them to constantly pick on me. When I arrived in college, I was so shy and didn't know how to act around boys and well... people in general, that I never was able to be part of the group.
I'm still shy, and find it difficult to speak to strangers (except when it's in my professional setting); some people find me snobbish because I don't talk to them. No, I don't feel too good to talk to you, I'm just too afraid to say Hi to you!


In my free time, I like to travel (have travelled all over Europe and have been to many states in the US), I try to play golf (I s*ck though...), I like to be creative with my embroidery machine (and I have a Disney license, woohoo!), I like to shop, ...
Of course I LOVE Disney. In 13 months time, I will have made 5 Disney-trips: twice to DL in California, once to WDW and twice to DLP. On Sunday, I'm going there for a 3-day visit with DBF!

My favourite character is Minnie Mouse, I think she's adorable and sexy!

What else? I love shoes, purses, perfume and lingerie. I think I must have the biggest lingerie collection in the world...
I am member of the WDCC society, and buy way too much Disney-collectibles on eBay.

ETA: although I'm Belgian, I don't like chocolates, but I love the waffles!

I lived in Alabama for about a year and a half back in 81/82. I moved down there in Jan...I couldn't believe how cold it was . Between the ice and the snow I may as well have been in Ohio . It was quite funny to see Bama's version of a salt truck...invision a reg pickup truck, with 2 guys in the back spreading bags of salt out the back

Lets see.. Im a 36 yr old female. Im divorced with 3 kids.. DD15, DS13 and DD8 (9 in a few weeks).. I am getting married next year. I have 3 furbabies.. my doggie Mathew who I have nicknamed Pumpkin Nunkin Noo Noo (dont ask where this came from because I have noooooo idea! ), My other doggie Daisy (named after Daisy Duck) and my kitty Midnight.. I also have a Cockatiel named Tequila or Sunrise.. I dont know which one she is because we had 2 Cockatiels and one was named Tequila and one Sunrise.. One of them died last year and I dont know which one it was I adopted them from my sister and she was the one who named them...

I was born in Connecticut but our family moved to Texas when I was 6. I want to move to Florida but who knows.. I am the baby of the family.. I have one sister and 5 brothers.. Both my mom and dad are still with me (thank goodness) although my father is not in good health..

I love to travel.. I love to go on cruises.. Ive been to Key West several times, Cozumel countless times, Grand Cayman 3 times, Jamaica twice, Belize once, Merida and Calica.. We are going on our next cruise next month and another one later in the year.. I also desperately love Disney World and anything Disney.. The one time of the year I really want to go is during the Christmas holidays.. Hoping in the next few years I will get to do that..

I also dont really have any friends.. I have a few at work but not any outside of work.. I actually am more of a loner and keep to myself..

Im waiting for my kids to move out so I can get my dream car..

Well I really do watch what I post around here. I never use my real name or my ds real names but my ds have met Towncrier, Ray Sharpton and Dan Murphy and DH and I have just met Ray last week at MVMCP. We love Disney and have never stayed in a moderate or value resort. O.K. we are a family of 5 and dh and I are big people.
My dh is so sweet and takes us to Disney about twice a year. He has a great job. I have to watch what I post because of his job. He has invented one of the top 100 inventions in America one year and at work was one of the employees and mentors of the year. He has a large google list of various papers he has authored, inventions, patents etc.
I do alot of volunteer work at the ds school and our church. Also run around all summer taking the kids to work and my never ending medical quests with ds l6.
We hate where we live, NY and are in the processes of selling dh fathers land he inherited and then in about 5 years we should be moving back to Dallas where we lived for a while.
I am very proud of my ds. They do well in college and school and are lifeguard, bowling coaches and now oldest ds is junior varsity basketball coach and I enjoy watching them play sports etc.
I have also met another Dis'er Tuffcookie, a real sweetie.
