Lets call it 3D

Lets help Disney out here. The new name for the Disney Dining Experience seems to have left us all cold. And obviously the famed Disney creativity has taken a leave of absence or they would have either just stuck with DDE or come up with something better. So, what are your suggestions for a better name for the Disney Dining Experience program.

Me? I'd go with Disney Dining Discount, which could be abbreviated to DDD, or 3D.

I like Disney Dining Discount, or 3D. That's a name that actually describes what the DDE card does.

I can't imaging what marketing geniuses came up with the "Tables in Wonderland" idea. We've had DDE before, but I dont think I could say to my waiter, "Excuse me, but we have Tables in Wonderland." It just sounds so silly!

On another board I participate in someone clever came up with B.O.B. -- break on booze card! Wish I could take credit, but it wasn't me!

New to AP and TIW as of October, which is when we were at WDW.

I would say that we have a "Tables in Wonderland card" and 1 out of 3 times we received a curious stare; thank goodness that I knew enough about its history to say that it was once called the Disney Dining Experience card.

I would also pull out the card at the end of the meal and remind them about what it was. "No, it's not the Disney Dining Plan"...

Whatta 'bout calling it the Nahtaplan card?
