I make the best oatmeal cookies

Ohh yum! Those are my father's favourites. I have to make big plates of them (probably not as good as yours, I just use the recipe on the oatmeal box) and tell the kids, "These are for grandpa!" He's worse than a kid over them.

I can take care of 16 cats and not go crazy! Truth be told, if I had a bigger house and more money, I'd get a few more.

I see at least one thing every single day that blows my mind. Today it was the post Alberto clouds. Makes me sad when I see the people who live down here never bother to look up.

I make really good spice cookies--my friends like it when it's my turn to make dessert around the holidays because the know what I will make.

I am great at loading the dishwasher.

I can see the humor in most any situation (that can be good and bad, I suppose), but it's a gift I got from my late dad. When he had open heart surgery years ago he had a valve replaced. He didn't know if they would use a pig or a cow's valve and as soon as he awoke from the surgery he asked if he should moo or oink. It's so my sense of humor.

I'm very good at treating sick/injured kids. I may not know what they have(though often I do!) but I can size them up and triage(tylenol, call MD, or go to ED) in about 5 minutes or less, and i can do it over the phone! My sister doesn't even call her ped anymore, she calls me first(and I'm always right )

And I'm low maintenance and can "go with the flow" in any situation.

I'm good at making deserts. DH says that I might not be the best at the main course but the deserts make up for it tenfold.

I'm also good at making afghan blankets (crochet). I enjoy making them for friends and family. I can usually get one done in approximately 10 days (when DH is out of town on business. I can't sleep at night so I crochet).

I can use a remote control like nobody's business. And if you need dirty socks to make is ALMOST into the hamper, well, you've found your man. I'm the BEST!

My hair is really quite nice.

I am at home with millionaires and homeless people...and people of any color or creed.

I make incredible jerk chicken, and I'm good at making company leave my home 10 lbs. heavier. I can balance the tastes of a meal to make it just right every time...but don't ask me to balance anything with the blue box of mac and cheese.

I'm a great organizer of events--whether it be a political action, a city festival, or just a great party. I'm also a pretty good writer, though the urge to write doesn't strike me often enough to complete a novel.

Quinn...those baby clothes are incredible!

I'm a good pianist and singer, and a really good piano teacher. I also have a knack for making people laugh, and I am freakishly good at opening jars! (It's freakish because I am not particularly strong in any other physical way.)

I have one true talent and it's home decorating. Every single person in my family has used me to decorate their homes. It's a talent God gave me, I call it my THIRD EYE.

I can guessitmate pretty good too. My husband and I are known to each guess how much we spent when we get up to the register, I'm almost always within $5 of the right total.
