Let me tell you.....

ok,ok.....Day 3 cont'd....
When I left off, we were enjoying our Dole Whip Floats!!! :goodvibes mmmm, mmmm good! G & M went back to their room for a rest. We went to tour the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse. That's something else I had never done! Here are a few pics.

The details they put into this were amazing. Did it once, that's enough. :rotfl:
Soon afterward, it was time to head over to the Boardwalk for dinner. We ate at the Big River Grille & Brewery. Nice place! The food was good too! Returning to MK, it was just Deb & I. Would you believe it was almost time for Spectro Magic! Where does the time go??:confused3 We staked out our place near the ice cream parlor, talked to some friendly people & waited. Most of my pics didn't turn out very good though. But here's one.

Next of course was Wishes. I love Wishes!

We still have Day 4.......

Wow, what great pictures and I am loving the review:) I'm not from Pa. but I spend lots of time there when I can have a few days off..I absolutely love Bird-in-Hand...going there next week...keep the review coming. Several friends and I were suppose to go to Disney this August, but, several of the ladies backed out...so I get to take my little great niece, she will be 8 so we will celebrate her birthday:)

Okay here is a picture of the delicious Tonga toast minus the strawberry compote and syrup. Boy I could eat some of that right now.

Trying again. Didn't take the first time.

Thanks! You don't have to be from Pa. to come & join in the fun!! :goodvibes My trips are usually family meets which include my 3 nieces. So I know your niece will just love celebrating her birthday at Disney!!:lovestruc One trip we celebrated one niece's birthday. The girls & I stayed for the second Spectro parade & "Alice" noticed my niece's birthday button!! She pointed & waved to her saying "happy birthday"!!! Well......you would've thought she had given my niece a million dollars!!!! She was walking on air! :cloud9: Talked about it the rest of the vacation! :rotfl: It was great!

Being difficult.

Success!!!!! Now that's Tonga Toast!!!:woohoo:
Thanks Deb!

On to Day 4...
We woke up early enough to meet our friends & get to DHS for park opening.
DebLinda-110.jpg

Something I had not done before. It was cute, but not worth the early start. However, what was worth it was getting to Toy Story to snag a FP!! What a ride! I loved it!!! This is part of the ceiling...

Here's some other pics of inside..

After our ride, Deb & I actually got another FP for later in the day! My first score was 124,400 & my second 135,000!! Of course, we stopped to see Voyage of Little Mermaid. Then we headed to Disney Animation. Again, something I had never done!

Inside we met the big mouse!

This place is something! I can't wait to go with my nieces again! They will love it. There's computers to "color" pictures, make your own stories, etc. Now here's my sorry impression of Snow White! :rotfl:
DebLinda-113.jpg

We headed over to Beauty & the Beast. Since our friends have health issues & use scooters, we were able to sit very close to the stage. Look at these pictures.

After the show, G & I rode the RnR. What a ride!!! We parted ways with our friends. They were going back to their resort for a rest. Deb & I were on our way back to Toy Story for that second ride! I could've gone back again & again!! We went all out at dinner -- The Brown Derby! :worship: It was a very nice restaurant. Food was wonderful. It was our Fantasmic Package. Our evening ended with the Fantasmic show! I think that is the best show at Disney World. You have everything....characters, story, action, beauty, watershow, fireworks!!!! :thumbsup2

Linda - you did some great things that I've never done - rope drop (I'm NOT a morning person!), Beauty & the Beast, Animation tour, etc. I can't believe you've never done the Swiss Family Tree House with your nieces! I have a fear of heights, so I don't do this every trip, but I really think it's neat.

Deb & Linda - OMG that Tonga Toast looks incredible. I MUST do that next time!!!!!

That just proves you can always go to WDW & do something you've never done before! :thumbsup2 Reasons to keep going back!!!

Yes, Tara, Tonga Toast is absolutely wonderful!! :goodvibes The only bad thing about it is that I cannot finish the entire thing! :rotfl:

That's my goal - to try new things every time. I've never done any of the tours - they're on my "wish list!"

Hmmmm Tonga Toast at Poly on Nov. 15th...sounds like a date!!!!! Or do you have bigger & better plans for meals on your birthday? If you even go that is...

:thumbsup2Great TR so far, it sounds like you girls had a blast. Waiting for more.popcorn::

:banana:Sadly, this is the ending of our trip. :sad1: What a trip it was! :thumbsup2 As I said before, during this trip there were many things that I enjoyed for the first time. It was my first time on the Segway Tour :woohoo:, my first time on Mission Space :thumbsup2, my first time on the Riverboat, my first time to visit Tom Sawyer's Island, my first time for a park opening, and my first time riding Toy Story! :thumbsup2 I'd say we had a very successful, enjoyable, busy, fun vacation! Notice that I didn't say "restful"! :rotfl2:That it wasn't!

Well, since we were traveling on AirTran, we took our bags to the airline checkin at Pop. We were not to see our bags again until we landed in Philly. Off on the ME to MCO in plenty of time to catch our 11:20am flight. Remember that time! Since the lines at security were not heavy, we made our way to the gate in no time. As we were waiting, the time changed to 12:30pm. It seemed that the weather in Atlanta was causing major changes. No problem, we thought. Oh no, another change...1:30pm. OK, we boarded the plane & everyone was seated. Suddenly, the air conditioning stopped. A few minutes went by & the pilot announced that there was mechanical difficulty with the air conditioning. They needed to have the problem checked & had no idea how long it would take. We left the plane with instructions not to wonder too far because it could be fixed at anytime. After returning with some lunch, the time went to 3pm. As that time neared, the announcement was made that we should go to the customer service counter. Most of us were put on the 4:30pm flight. Well......would you believe that was delayed because the flight crew was coming from.....ATLANTA!!!! We finally boarded the plane at 6:30pm, yes I said 6:30pm!!!!! I know, with all the problems, be glad we got a flight at all! Fast forward to yesterday..........I received a letter from AirTran. Here it comes........

We each received one free roundtrip voucher!

:thumbsup2:cool1::woohoo::yay::woohoo::cheer2:

How about that!!! Guess where I'm going! :rotfl:
