I also would like to eat at T-Rex once in my life even though I'm sure I'd be kind of scared! I do not like being close to moving creatures that are that large! However, it'd be a fun experience, I'm sure. Plus, any time I see their waffle fries in pics, I start drooling! Haha, I do love how you weren't stumped by Andrew's T-Rex question!
I know what you mean about large moving creatures! I think the Rainforest Cafe is cool, but their giant moving butterfly scares the bejeezus out of me. I hear their Ice Age room is very cool though.
Oh wow! It was so fun reading about your DIS meet. That seems like it'd work out a lot better than meeting in WDW. I tried meeting up with people this past trip, but it didn't really work. When you're with family or a group of people, it's difficult trying to alter plans especially if it's crowded and you have to get from one place to the other.
Yeah, it's not as easy meeting up in WDW cause everyone has all that other stuff planned and new developments sometimes get in the way. I'm planning a trip to NY this summer. NYC dismeet, perhaps?
Ooo, I love the Hidden Mickey that you found in the ToT library!
This one is definitely one of my favourites. Andrew is actually the one that pointed it out to me! I swear, he's more into this stuff than I am!
Howard and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Fantasmic!!! It's our favorite nighttime show even though we also really enjoyed IllumiNations and Wishes. Actually the castle projection show before Wishes is also VERY VERY VERY good too! That's for this year, I believe, for the 2011 theme. Disney knows how to do these things right!
Ooooh, the castle projections! I can't wait to hear about that in your TR! I have no idea what it could look like! Yeah, Andrew and I really loved Fantasmic too. Wishes is pretty, but I think Fantasmic is the better show.
We got to MK pretty early too, but we purposely stayed back a little because I really wanted to watch the opening show! I had never seen it before. Well, my mom says I've seen it as a kid, but I don't remember it. It was worth getting there early! I think even if we get there early in the future, I'm still going to want to hang back to have a good view of the show.
I think I'll do that next time. I don't think being a dozen more people behind would affect our plans that much. I still haven't fully seen the show!
When they take the pics on Buzz Lightyear, I get kind of upset because they lock your car in place. I want to be able to move to have that opportunity to get last minute shots!!! Haha. I get way too serious about this game.
I think I knew they were going to take a picture BECAUSE the vehicle stopped, thus nabbing my awesome ride photo. But that aside, I can get as serious as I'd like with this ride, but I'll never be that good.
Howard pointed out the dueling paintings to me last year! I pointed it out to my cousin this year. I can't believe I had never noticed it before. I was always looking down at the table to look at the 3 plates all the way to the left that make a Hidden Mickey!
We went on the Haunted Mansion I think 3 times...so I had plenty of time to look at something new everytime we went through the dining room. I know what you mean about the plates though. It's always the first thing I make sure to see, haha.
WHOA, your eyes closed with the multi-eyes looks so cool!!!
Haha, thanks!
Boo, I hate to see that you had an unpleasant experience that weekend!
Yeah, it definitely sucked.
Yum to the pineapple float! Wow, I'm surprised you were able to eat the turkey leg in Frontierland! Last week, the birds were going crazy and swooping down so low! It was so frightening!
Oh wow, really? Man...those birds are GUTSY! Andrew fed a lot of ducks on our trip...
