Hm. I DIS. I pretty much live over on the trip planning boards. I read about every single thing. Best way to pack, shoes to wear, bags to carry, strategies about park touring, reading up on the most recent rides, best places to eat, what I will order when we actually go there to eat, & finally, trip reports.
This starts about 40 days before we leave, I go into a planning frenzy! I also start packing as soon as possible, and am ALWAYS on the lookout for great things to take to WDW. We have this storage container that we put all the things we buy for our trip (new-toothpaste, deoderant, clothes, etc.)
And then, around the week before we leave, I totally chill out. I become all 'Oh, were going to Disney? Whatever.' Hahah. I don't know why that happens.
Well, my most recent trip was in December (2 months after another trip) so I didn't have time to obsess like I usually do. It was great. I just lifted up the calendar one day and said 'Oh, lookie there. We leave for WDW in a week. Fantastical.'
Seriously, it will be here before you know it. My mom just booked a trip for us in September, and I am
LOSING IT, because I didn't think we'd be going this year. Excitement overload.
