I have been doing her WATP tapes for over 15 weeks now but, they DID NOT prepare me for her 'Firm Up Fast' tape!
OH MY ACHING/SHAKY legs!
This tape is SOOO different than the WATP line of exercise but, it did let me know HOW MANY more muscles I have to work! 
Thankfully, during the tape, she says herself to do this twice a week! Thank you, thank you! I couldn't fathom doing this again tomorrow OR the next day even! Back to WATP for me tomorrow!
Anyone else do this tape or, tried it?

That tape is murder I tell ya!
I just felt that I had to at least try and get my legs to move again normally. OUCH!!!!
