We are looking for one final dining res, in Epcot, in WS. I have a res for Chefs and we are hoping to see Remy, however, I have read several not-so-glowing reviews. It would be cool to see Remy but not if we have to be miserable with our meals. What do you think of these two, and which would you choose? If it is "neither!" please let me know your top-rated WS TS option. Thanks!!

Out of those two I would go with Les Chefs. I have enjoyed my meals there and really enjoy the dining room and the chance to see Remy.
Something to keep in mind about all WS dining is that is is a little different then the normal food we are all used to.
My two WS favorites are Via Napoli and Les Chefs!

We have sworn off Le Chefs after trying to see Remy last year. We had a lunch ADR and he never came out, despite us asking our server several times if he knew when he would be coming out (Our server finally got so annoyed with us that he just stopped coming around period!!) We were there for 90 minutes (our longest meal of an 11 day trip by far) and never got to see him :sad1:

We love Rose & Crown for lunch and is now a must do for us each trip!

love the Rose and Crown.Fish and Chips ,shepherd pie ,potatoe leek soup, bangers and mash and Mrs Pam or Mrs Carol at the piano what a great evening . I'll be there Friday nite!!

I have not been to Chefs but I have enjoyed Rose and Crown very much. Do keep in mind that you can get great fish & chips from the QS kiosk there out front, so if that's what you would order inside, you can get it there!

Thanks for the responses! I went and looked for some food pics on the dining reviews board and I think we will end up at Rose and Crown.

For anyone who has had fish n chips inside R&C and out at the stand, is it the same? I have had the fish n chips from the stand (while enjoying the music of British Invasion!) and it is so good! :thumbsup2

I am trying Les Chefs de France for the first time in October, I think the lunch menu looks good and I have read quite a few positive reviews and hopeing to see Remy although I do know I have read he sometimes does not appear

Rose & Crown is one of my favorites I am heading there in October also. I love the fish and chips and I have gotton the fish and chips from Yorkshire County Fish Shoppe the cs place and I think it is the same and it is cheaper although I enjoyed it more inside since I had to hunt for a place to sit never finding one and ended up sitting on the wall by the water fighting off the seagulls

Seeing Remy is nice but i wouldnt base a trip to a restaurant on this. We saw him and it lasted maybe 60 seconds? Sad that people wont return because they didnt get to see Remy? :confused3

We thought the food was pretty good. The french onion soup was some of the best! Definatly eat there again. Rose and Crown is on our list to try next time :thumbsup2

We won't return because of the way we were treated by the server when asking about Remy. And yes, to a young child expecting to at least see him, to sit for 90 minutes and not get to was disappointing.

We also won't return because the food isn't THAT spectacular.

We LOVE Rose and Crown! We haven't been to Chefs .. but Rose and Crown is a restaurant we keep returning to.

We like both but if I had to pick one it would be Rose and Crown. The servers are nicer and food is very good.
