I have a soft spot for Chef's. The food isn't particularly great---sort of French comfort food---but the ambiance just gets that left bank bistro vibe.

What a hard choice. While we enjoy Chefs, Rose and Crown is a tradition for us so I'd have to go with it if I had to choose.

If you are a lover of a good cold beer ( or other "adult spirits" ) than the pub at Rose & Crown is not to be missed, and you should arrive a good hour before your ADR.

As for the food, well... It's kind of apples and oranges. I'd say the quality is about the same level at both locations. Just take a look at the menus and decide what sounds best to you and yours.

It's been our experience that the CM's at Rose & Crown are consistently some of the most helpful, friendliest and colorful characters in all of Epcot.

I don't think there's anything special about the beer selection at R&C, which is a shame.

R & C is one of our favorites and we try to get there each visit. The cast is more happy and friendly than at Le Chefs. The food is great at Le Chef's but the cast can be really hit or miss.

Les Chefs but only for lunch :goodvibes. The dinner is good too, but we like the lunch much better.

My vote was for the Rose & Crown. This is a must dine place for me on each trip. Have always had great food & service here. Love the Steak & Fish option.

Have not been to Chef's yet, but do have a ressie for my upcoming trip.

LOL! I came here to see the answer because I'm trying to decide the same thing....view poll results...it's TIED! That does NOT help! :lmao:

I voted for Rose and Crown. It is our traditional arrival day lunch stop, so we can eat and enjoy a cold pint to start our vacation out right!

We have eaten at both and in our open Chefs de France wins hands down.
Rose and Crown was mediocore - more like a Sunday home dinner. Chefs de France had a lttle more flavor and a little more in the presentation.

We are fans of R&C, both for the food and the atmosphere - love the bangers and mash.
