Lens Buying in Orlando

Hello there everyone!

I am from the UK and am due to be staying on property from the 15th until the 29th and I am looking to get a Tokina Wide Angle lens for my Nikon D3300 whilst I am in the states. I was wonder whether there is anywhere within good distance from Disney where I could possibly purchase something like this?

I've heard some horror stories from some of the stores on I-Drive so it's a bit of a nightmare finding some good information!

Any help would be fantastic!

I can't speak specifically about Orlando but in general, there are few retail establishments that carry anything beyond the most generic kit lenses. Your best bet might simply to buy it online while you're here, and have it shipped to your hotel.

Colonial Photo & Hobby at Colonial Ave. and Mills Ave. downtown. Great photography store. About 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. I4 is under construction east of Colonial (Amelia St. exit) / I4 junction and traffic can be very backed up during the day. Suggest you call ahead so as not to maybe waste the trip down there.

You can also order from B&H or Adorama and have it shipped to your hotel. It'll save yourself the drive, and both tend to be the least expensive - and you don't have to pay sales tax from either location.
