Length of Stay Park Pass from SoG

Can I purchase a 8- day length of stay pass from Shades of Green if counting our day of departure, will be in WDW for 9 days. We will not have time to visit a park on the last day.

SOG will allow you to drop the first and last days of your stay when purchasing Stars and Strips passes.
