Lemon soft serve is *GASP* better than Pineapple!

I just returned from a wonderful vacation. I discovered LEMON soft serve at the Refreshment Outpost near the Mexico Pavilion and it was AMAZING!! I've only seen it at this place, but perhaps it might be at other parks. I feel really guilty having this as my new favorite since pineapple has always been my #1.

One of my favorite treats at the park is the Minute Maid frozen lemonade, so I might have to give that lemon cone a try

I vastly preferred the orange that they no longer sell at Aloha Isle to the pineapple. I might have to try the lemon but seeing as it is in Epcot my family might protest if we don't go to the ice cream place in France

Have you tried the citrus swirl at Sunshine Tree Terrace? It's orange and vanilla soft serve. It might be right up your alley.

My family makes lemon ice cream every Fourth of July; I bet we would absolutely love the lemon soft serve!

Thanks for posting this. My home town has a small chain of burger joints that also sell soft serve ice cream, including lemon. We get it any chance we get when visiting family back home and have never seen it anywhere else. We'll probably make a stop for this.

To the PP asking about the taste, if it's like what I've had back home it's definitely sweet and not sour.

I'm not a fan of the pineapple (I know shoot me now) and not crazy about soft serve but that looks and sounds pretty darn good to me. I'll just have to convince my tummy that it needs that and an ice cream from France. I'm sure it won't protest too much.

Excellent post, but slight correction: Refreshment Outpost is between China and Germany, not near Mexico.

We have a local seasonal ice cream stand that sells Dole Whip. They change the flavor weekly. I have had pineapple, lemon, raspberry and I think orange. The lemon is definitely my favorite, I get it multiple times a week when it is available.

Oh goodness, I must not know my way around the world very well. I thought it was close to Mexico......Anyway, the taste is sweet and not sour. It is as creamy as the Dole Whip Pineapple. I hope you all try it out on your next visit! I also discovered the jalapeno Mickey cheese pretzel. It had a little kick, and WAY better than the regular Mickey pretzel.

Same here. I loved the Orange. I don't care for pineapple at all.
