This is a dumb question, but is the Lemon Lavender Chicken served during dinner at CRT a boneless chicken breast or a bone-in breast. I have weird eating habits...

I just ate there last week and it is on the bone. That was my only complaint about my dinner, was that I wished it was boneless. Don't get me wrong though, it was delicious! Everything I ate at CRT was so yummy and we would eat there again!

It is bone-in and it is delicious and I am a very picky eater. Actually it was one of the best meals that I've had at Disney.

Darn, I really can't stand meat with bones in it...strange, I know. Anyone know about the pork chop then...is that boneless or bone-in.

Thanks for the replies!

I totally agree with you- the bone is a turn off to me too. But that chicken sounds DELICIOUS! This is Disney after all- I wonder if they would have a problem simply cutting off the bone before serving it to you? It seems like a small request to me! I'm actually going to remember this and ask next time I go so that I can try this dish! (that won't be for a whole year though :sad2:)

I don't think it's strange, I am also turned off by meat on the bone. I think you're smart for asking. I went and ordered it expecting it to be boneless and ...surprise! haha... I still ate it and it was still very delicious.

Leave it to the Disboards for me to find my soul sisters...those who dislike meat on a bone. I've always been this way. As a child I can remember my parents getting KFC as a "treat" and me making my dad cut all the meat off the bone for me. DH thinks I'm weird. I just don't like bones in my food. My kids will probably never know that bones come in certain foods since I don't have them in the house.

Thanks for making me feel normal!! :teeth:

I don't like to eat chicken off the bone either. I always ate it off the bone as a child. But, now I only eat boneless chicken . But to be completely honest chicken is the only meat I eat on a regular basis. I might eat one hamburger a year and I never steak or seafood or eggs. (Makes me think of the Chick-FIL-A Cows- they would like me). So, I guess, my eating habits are definately out of the ordinary.

We had dinner at CRT last week and Lemon Lavender Chicken wasn't on the menu...there was an Herb-Rubbed Roast Chicken on the menu.

:lmao: Can I tell you I sometimes cringe when I see people walking around gnawing on those things. I do understand to each their own...but I couldn't imagine me eating one of those and I L-O-V-E turkey...boneless of course. :rotfl:

The roast part has me thinking this is also bone-in...am I right? Darn that Disney! Guess I'll be going for the vegetarian special...which doesn't sound bad at all...

Thanks Mickey&JoshNut...I'll be curious to see what they have when we are there.

Hah! My family thinks i'm so weird not liking meat on a bone. Now all I have to do is show them this thread! :rotfl: Thanks for showing me there are others out there!

Omigosh -- I get so much crud from DH about this "issue" I have. I thought I was alone, but I'm glad to have found other "boneless" people like me! I'm so glad I posted this question.
