From a revenue management perspective, it's smart to try to get the highest rates at this point. They may get lucky and find enough 152 people willing to pay that rate. (The hotel has 152 rooms.) If not, they can always lower prices in the future.
I don't think it's the busiest time of the year. Most children are back in school the last week of August/first week of Sept., plus its blazing hot in the
summer, so no it's not the busiest. We go to Disney this time of the year and crowds levels are good
