Legoland hotel questions

Hey all,

I'm waiting for their office to open before I call them, but in the mean time has any one had any luck canceling/changing hotel reservations at the legoland hotel?

I'm supposed to be taking my son this weekend and I've been diagnosed with pneumonia!!

Online makes it seem like their pretty strict about it and I don't want to be out all that money so I guess I'd have to force myself to go!

I'm totally happy to reschedule the trip. But until I get the okay from them I don't want to cancel plane tickets or rental car!

Any input you have would be great!
