Can a disney gift card be used at the lego store in downtown disney?

Yes, Disney GC's can be used at almost all stores on Disney property. There are very few exceptions.

I asked the same question a while ago and I was told no because it is not Disney owned

Build a Bear won't take them. DD had some to use at Downtown Disney in Disneyland and decided on Build a Bear but they wouldn't take them.

If there is a place that won't take them then you can use your KTTW with charging privileges and pay off the balance with Disney GC's at your resort. If you are off-site then you are probably out of luck using Disney GC's at the places that are an exception.

We have used Disney gc at the Lego store at Downtown Disney.

I work at the Lego store at DTD and yes we take Disney gift cards, Lego gift cards, KTTW cards, magic bands, ect. The only thing that we can't take is the Merchandise credits that Disney gives if you return merchandise with out a receipt.
