LEGO Rock Band for Wii????

My DH just told me he wants Lego Rockband for the Wii for Christmas- questions - Is this compatable with our Guitar Hero instruments? Is this on sale for a good price anywhere?????? Is it fun??

From what I learned today- it is compatable with MOST Guitar hero guitars.

But for Rock Band- the drums, microphone and electric guitar are all used.
So yes you could play just not the whole experience I guess.

Today I was able to get Rock Band 2 for the Xbox 360 for $100 at Target- (not the special edition one the regular old rock band) So that was $60 off that retail price- they had it on both the Xbox one and the Playstation one but NOT the Wii one?

It is compatible with the guitar hero instruments. My husband is playing right now. Last week for some reason we got the game for $25 off of gamestop.com. The special that they were running was 50% off any family game. The discounted price didn't show until you put it in your cart. Free shipping with it too. Great price I couldn't believe it.

Almost as good as the door buster deal at Old Navy...

Wal-mart has it for 40$, and TRU are running the buy 1 get 1 50% off. You might be able to find it used at gamestop, it's 5$ off regular price, but they've got the buy 2 used get 1 free deal.
