I made some chicken in the crockpot tonight.(salsa/chicken) I used previously frozen chicken. Can I freeze the leftovers? It's so good, I'd hate to waste it!

Yes. Once a frozen meat has been cooked it can be frozen again. I do this all the time. This is my version of "fast food".

You can freeze meat once raw and then once when cooked. Never more than twice and never more that once either raw or cooked.

So simple and I read it here! I put in boneless skinless chicken breasts and a jar of salsa, low, 6-8 hours. It shreds up easy and is flavorful and tender. Makes a great filling for tacos, enchiladas, etc. I've read that people also serve it over rice.
