Left over points?

Well finally did it and ended up adding the day so only 3 points are left. I don't think I can even transfer them to another member to avoid the need to purchase a few to complete a ressies as when I was reading the boards I read that banked points can't be transfered. I would have been willing to give these 3 away to the first person who responded to a points about them but I guess my hands are tied with that no transfer of banked points rule. Thanks to all of you who responded with their advice on what I could do with these left over points.

Is your planned trip in a studio? If so, you could consider treating yourself and "upgrading" to a 1 bedroom.

Another option is to check out the Concierge Collection to see if there is somewhere nearby that you'd like to go - perhaps for a Saturday night or long weekend. You would have to pay a $95 fee to do so, and maybe use a few more points, but it could be fun. If this sounds good, remember the Rule of Four. If your stay will be within the last 4 months of your use year, you have to make the reservation before the end of the 8th month of your use year.

Yes we are booked in a studio. I don't really see the need for a 1 bedroom for our family. OKW has the 2 queens which is a must with DD 17 and 12 (by the way in one of my above posts I said 1 bigger and the other almost....well both are now officially bigger than Mom:confused:) The one bedrooms only have a double pull out couch and that just wouldn't do for us. Thanks for the suggestion though. I think even when we start traveling as a couple only in about 7 years we will still only want a studio accomodation as we can happily make due with the kitchenette for our meals and then be able to stay twice as long:cool1:

The OKW one bedroom unit would actually have a queen size pull out sleep sofa and they are currently renovating them to include a single sleeper chair as well.

Be forwarned, once you go to a one bedroom, you will never want a studio for your family again, LOL!

I think this is exactly why I am so resistant to upgrading. I've read all the warnings about it and believe the warnings about it and addonitus:lmao: Already dealt with the addonitus and want to stay away from the upgradeus:lmao:
