Sorry if this has been asked but did search and could not find answer. I have a friend who is getting dining plane and my family and I will be gettig to WDW on his last day. If he has leftover meals or snacks can he give them to us to use that day or for the for rest of that week we are there?

The dining plan is not transferrable, so you would not be able to use his left over credts. Also, any credits left over will expire at midnight of his last day.

If you're physically with them on their last day they can technically swipe any leftover credits at a quick service for you. You're probably not supposed to but it's ridiculous to let them go to waste. When we checked out last year, my sister and I had 11 quick serve meals left, so we bought 11 people lunch that day.

Bottom line is that it's not transferable, but if you had his KTTW card and handed it to a cashier the cashier would take it as payment. Only until midnight of course.

You are correct in that it is NOT supposed to be done. But more importantly, it is NOT allowed to be discussed here on the boards. It is board policy not to discuss ways around Disney policy and this thread will most likely be deleted due to your comment. Not trying to be the thread police... just wanted to restate the rules for the OP who is new to the board--especially if the thread gets deleted so OP doesn't wonder where it went.:goodvibes

OP, :welcome: to the Disboards!

Not discussing it is more important than not doing it?
