After having two 22 foot toy haulers I finally got a new 5'er toy hauler. A while back I asked this forum what could I get that has room (unlike my 1st 2 campers had and keep me in the ability to haul our 4 wheelers).

Disney Campers suggested the Keystone Cougar Toy Hauler 5'er. As soon as he posted the pics I knew that was what I wanted. It just happens that Suncoast RV where I bought the first 2 campers carried it. I made the deal a few weeks ago and they ordered it and it came this week. I got the bank draft yesterday and got the camper today. Did my walk thru this morning and drove it home. DD has her cousins in it all day playing and we're fixing to order pizza. I'm going to take pics this evening and maybe I can get Colson39 to help me post pics like he had of him and his DW for his sig.

I got almost all my approvals and ideas from my friends here on the camping board. All the way from when I asked about the pullrite auto slider hitch which was also installed today by a mobile guy to what model I got my friends helped me. Thanks to everyone.

Colson if you read this please message me so I can get some advice on the sig pics.

Oh and btw, we leave for a week at the fort 2 Fridays from yesterday and then do 10 days from June 29th-July9th. Can't wait to show my baby off lol. I have never had a slide out and it has so much room. Thanks all for listening lol, I'm just excited.

Conagratulations! We have a 39ft Dutchmen toy hauler and we love it. When we get to our site we pull our golf cart out and put down a piece of indoor/outdoor carpet and the garage doubles as a bedroom for DS14 and his buddies that travel with us. Our only complaint is its largeness. Kind of a pain to tow. I have always loved the interior of a Keystone, we had a new Bobcat travel trailer a few years back when they were still making them. We are looking to downsize in a couple of years, but will either have to go with a long bed truck & travel trailer or a shorter toy hauler.(Gotta have a way to bring the cart) I think I'll look into the cougar. Thanks for the information and I can't wait to see the pictures. We will be at Fort Wilderness beginning May 27-June 3. We are DVC members and this will be our first time staying at FW.

woo hoo , when we got our 5'er we were at the fort thet weekend, we didn't even have a hitch one week before our trip, good thing we didn't have any problems lol. I know you will enjoy it. Maybe we'll follow you down one trip.

Congratulations, ST! I'm sure you and your dd are going to have a great time in your new accomodations! :goodvibes

I also wanted to add my thanks to everyone at the camping board. My popupgizmo's came today, and I can't wait to get to FW and try them out, along with my new air conditioner.

Thank you all so much for your advice for the past six months. My first FW trip will be much better because of all of you! :yay:

...just waiting for my pup's new memory foam from Costco.com to arrive any day now, and hoping dh can still get the trailer closed up with the cushy new memory foam on top of our mattress!
