We are leaving 5/13...flight 745, arrive 1030.

Me, Dear Aunt(60's), and DD(9m)
Renting Car from Dollar at airport.

Day 1
Stop at Grocery for breakfast, snacks, H2O, and baby stuff.

Arrive POR around 1pm...hopefully check-in early...I have faxed requests to resort (early check-in, nonsmoking, close to main building, and a frig for formula) I rented a crib from a Baby's Best Friend ( my DD will NOT sleep in a P&P)
I just hope the refurbishment doesn't dampen the service and ambience of the resort.

Head to MGM to ride ToT, and see a show. Early Dinner at 50's PTC.

Back to resort to rest for a bit, before heading to MK for Spectro and Fireworks (only nite running during stay....Back to resort.....ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

Day 2
EE Epcot (all busy stuff at FW)
11am resort to rest/swim
MK for 3pm parade and 4pm PS at Crystal Palace.

Day 3
EE MK
afternoon break
Epcot evening
7pm PS at Beirgarten
Illuminations

Day 4
EE AK Donald's breakfast
lunch at Flametree BBQ

What are you planning for the final evening? If the weather is nice, I would go to MGM and see Fantasmic!

How sweet of you to take your aunt! I know you will have a great time! Your PS meals sound great, and your agenda looks good. Just play it by ear with the baby, EE is a good idea as I hear it is getting hot already down there. Have a magical trip!! Lacee

We were at POR in early April and did park hops like you are planning. Keep in mind that these mid day moves between parks and your resort can eat of valuable time. We ended up dumping the rest times at the resort and just hopping directly to the next park. This was partly because it was tough to leave a park at the appointed time to rest once we were there. We have older kids so we got away with it. It will all depend on your luck with bus connections etc.

The only other concern I have is that you will be at Epcot late one night and getting up early for AK the next day. Might be a tough one to pull off depending on how your family handles mornings.

Wish we were going with you. Have a great time!

John

Thanks for all the feedback....I am getting excited about this trip....I think all the planning makes it even better.

A few replies....I have done Fantasmic before, and I loved the show, but HATED the bottleneck exit. Last trip was all adults, bad enough, I don't think I wanna tackle it with a baby. After AK on friday we plan to head to East Coast to visit family for a few days and RELAX!

We are early risers....so it all depends on naps, and how well the little sleeps during the day if we will make all the EE's. I think she will ok with naps in stoller, and a couple quite hours in room.

I have been to WDW 4 times, 1st for aunt. We plan to return next year around Thanksgiving. I want to see as much as I can, but am not compelled to see EVERYTHING this trip. I can pick and choose, and of course it depends on the crowds.

I am getting together a pre-trip report....will try to have it before leave on Tuesday.

Sounds like a wonderful plan!! We stayed at POR in December and had an excellent time there!!! We were close to the Main Building, which was a very short walk from our room and the kids really loved the atmosphere of the place!

have a great trip!! :)

be careful regarding the spectro parade and FW at MK. check out thread "Went to MK yesterday...where is everyone?"
