I can relate to this! Packing and getting everything ready completely falls on my shoulders. So, I too get stressed out, trying to remember everything, etc. Not to mention, it is so hard to get everything together with three little ones at home! However, once I finally settle down, and get on the road, and out of our hometown to the interstate, I feel much better and get excited! I hope you are having fun!
