Leaving tomorrow!! Last minute question!

We are arriving tomorrow night and staying at Hard Rock. Do both parks open early for the Harry Potter attractions? We're trying to figure out which park to do the first day! (I'm sure it's here someplace, but of course, I can't find it!!) TIA
