Leaving Tips on FD???

Hi,

On the reg. DDP a built in tip of 18% automaticly added to your service?
I was wondering if it is there for FD plan?

Should you leave an additional tip because you are on the FDP,
if so how much?

I don't mind tipping at all, but wondering how much cash
I should be carring with me?

The server's will still receive the 18% tip even though you have free dining. I wouldn't leave an additional tip just because you have free dining but I might leave something if the service was exemplory.

Free dining is the exact same thing as the paid disney dining plan except you are traveling during a time that Disney is offering it as a free promotion. Anything that goes for the DDP goes during Free dining, including taxes and tips included at table service meals.

You are welcome to leave an additional tip but you don't need to feel obligated to do so just because you got free dining. The server has no way of knowing whether you got it free or if you paid for it when you are there. There will be people visiting in August and September who are paying for the DDP (DVC, guests who missed the free dining booking window, etc)
