Leaving resort on cruise day - what time?

We are on the land and sea 3/4 night cruise and staying at the Grand Floridian. What time will the bus come to pick us up at the resort on Sunday? I have a character breakfast planned for 9 am and I know that we have to hand in our luggage the night before so we really don't want to wait around a long time to leave. Also how long is the trip to the Port?

When we did that land/sea package, we opted to go to AKL the last morning of the land part, and we were picked up there around 11:30 or 12, as I recall. I assume it would be about the same time if you were at a resort. I think the trip to Port is a little under an hour.

we were told to be at the Poly for an 11:30 pickup, but then found out that they will pick us up at SSR at 12:15?
