Leaving Polynesian after Wishes and EWP...

We want to go to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the Polynesian. My question is, how do we get back to Coronado Springs Resort when the fireworks are over?

Can we ride the monorail back to MK then take a bus back to Coronado Springs?

Boat or monorail to MK, then bus to resort.

Monorails run until at least 1 hour after closing; boats until at least 45 minutes.

If you're so late that both have stopped, then bus to DTD, and bus to resort.

How late do the buses leave Downtown Disney?

We took a bus to DTD then transferred to POR. I would avoid DTD transfers at night. DTD is very crowded and the waits can be long. If you can go to MK and then take a bus from there, go for it. Another option is to walk to TTC and take a bus to HS if it is still open or monorail to Epcot if it is still open.

The fastest way is to take a cab.

Two other options...

1) Walk to TTC, Monorail to Epcot, then Bus from there.
2) Cab direct to CS.

Good advice! relax on the beach , listen to the music piped in throughout the resort then head over to MK.

Thanks for the input guys! We are using Magical Express and the Resort buses to get around for our entire trip. Just didn't want to get stuck at the Polynesian, and have to take a cab.
