Leaving park for lunch?? and other tips

Is it possible to do this? Like, to get a hand stamp or something and then return? Just trying to think of options for our first trip for anyone in the family in December.

Any other tips would be appreciated as well.

Yes it is possible to leave the park with hand stamped and ticket also to get back in. You can also leave the parking garage to eat outside the park and not pay again for parking, again as long as you have your receipt for parking. ( I believe.)

no hand stamp needed. with finger scan you can come and go as you please. easy to leave, go to city walk or resorts for lunch and back to the parks. way easier than wdw.

parking receipt needed for reentry.

free parking at the garage if you arrive at 6 or after.

Hi!
Does Universal do the finger scan now too? After years of visiting Disney, the 7 day ticket deal swung us to check out Universal this summer.

I purchased my tickets online and just printed them out at home. Will THAT be the ticket we use to get in and out of the parks each day? I'm thinking about laminating them so they don't get ruined. Will that work?
