Leaving MK before MNSSHP

Hi! I had a question about leaving MK on party days- I know how busy things are trying to leave at closing on a regular park day, but how bad is it normally for day guests leaving MK at 6:00 on a MNSSHP night? We have reservations at the Polynesian at 7:00, and I’m just wondering how much time we need to allow ourselves to get there, and what transportation option is fastest? Thanks!

There will be a lot of people leaving, but some will linger along the way. As you exit, look and see if a boat is at the boat launch for Poly. If so, grab the boat, or if you see one pulling up. Otherwise you can hop on the monorail. Either should get you to Poly in plenty of time for your reservation.

It will be crowded as a LOT of people will be leaving between 5 and 7.
Unless you beat the crowd out of the park, I would plan 60 minutes to get to Poly.
As mentioned, as you exit the park, check to see how long the line is for the boat to Poly. This is my preference.
If the line is long (the boat doesn't hold a lot of people), then do the monorail instead.

Or, the large ferry to the TTC, then stroll over to the Polynesian.
