...to do Twilight check in at Gatwick. 
Mum called this morning and said that the Virgin computers had crashed, and the queues were like nothing she'd ever seen before
She was able to bypass the queue along with my brother, SIL and kids, though, as she has special assistance (can't walk long distances or stand for long periods). They said they wouldn't leave anyone behind, and the 11.15 plane went out only half an hour late, which I was very impressed with as this is the flight we're on tomorrow.
Just hoping they have it all sorted soon - I really feel for all those poor people queuing like that.
