So I made my 180 ADR's, changed plans, changed everything, rinse, repeat ad infinitum. Now I'm leaving in one week and really need to solidfy things, so please let me know any suggestions! This is for a party of 2 adults, mid-late 20s, no kids, on the Deluxe Dining Plan:

Day 1:
Dinner at CRT at 5:15 (we get to the airport at 11:30, so hoping for no delays...)

Day 2:
Snack for breakfast
Lunch at Via Napoli at 11:30
Dinner at Artist Point at 8:50 (seeing the 7pm fantasmic, hoping there is enough time to get out of HS and over to the lodge, is 80 minutes usually enough? We will be relying on busses, but could take a cab)

Day 3:
Brunch at Tusker House at 10:30
Dinner at Yachtsman Steakhouse at 6:05 (we want to get back into epcot before illuminations at 9)

Day 4:
Breakfast at Kona at 7:50 (We have a key to the kingdom at 9:15, so know this will be a bit rushed, about how early do we HAVE to leave for the monorail to get to MK on time?)
Lunch included in KTTK
Dinner at California Grill at 9:15 (wishes is at 10, we'll go out onto walkway if not sat in good area for it)

Day 5:
Snack for Breakfast
Lunch at Hollywood Brown Derby at 12:05
Dinner at Flower and Garden festival (we have 32 snack credits to get through and want to drink around the world this night. If we do feel like a sit down meal we have 1 extra credit a piece that can be used for whatever is available)

Day 6:
Brunch at 1900 Park Fare at 10:30
Dinner at Flying Fish Cafe at 9

Day 7:
Snack for Breakfast
Lunch at Yak and Yeti at 11
Dinner at Hoop Dee Doo Revue at 8:30 (we will be at Animal Kingdom which closes at 7 this day, can we close the park and get there, or should we leave early?)

Day 8:
Snack for Breakfast
Lunch at Tutto Italia at 11:30
Dinner at Citricos at 8

Day 9:
Breakfast at Crystal Palace at 8:05
Lunch at Be our Guest at ??? (Can only book BOG FP 7 days of our trip for some reason the last 2 don't show up, so we'll have to wait in line for this. Our flights are at 4 so we'll do it early, and use our last credit here if we don't use it wed, otherwise pay oop)

I would love to fit in Le Cellier but it's never available! Also need to figure out how to get a Lapu Lapu since I don't think I can ask for one at 8am!

Day 3:
Brunch at Tusker House at 10:30
Dinner at Yachtsman Steakhouse at 6:05 (we want to get back into epcot before illuminations at 9) you can take boat or walk should easily make it for illuminations

Day 4:
Breakfast at Kona at 7:50 (We have a key to the kingdom at 9:15, so know this will be a bit rushed, about how early do we HAVE to leave for the monorail to get to MK on time?)This one will be tight as sometimes Kona gets behind. I would be on monorail at least by 9:00
Lunch included in KTTK
Dinner at California Grill at 9:15 (wishes is at 10, we'll go out onto walkway if not sat in good area for it)

Day 8:
Snack for Breakfast
Lunch at Tutto Italia at 11:30
Dinner at Citricos at 8

Day 9:
Breakfast at Crystal Palace at 8:05
Lunch at Be our Guest at ??? (Can only book BOG FP 7 days of our trip for some reason the last 2 don't show up, so we'll have to wait in line for this. Our flights are at 4 so we'll do it early, and use our last credit here if we don't use it wed, otherwise pay oop)

They serve them at the bar right outside of O'hanas so go by some day

Day 1:
Dinner at CRT at 5:15 (we get to the airport at 11:30, so hoping for no delays...) Definitely hope you make it because the no show penalty is the entire amount you prepaid.

Day 2:
Snack for breakfast
Lunch at Via Napoli at 11:30
Dinner at Artist Point at 8:50 (seeing the 7pm fantasmic, hoping there is enough time to get out of HS and over to the lodge, is 80 minutes usually enough? We will be relying on busses, but could take a cab) Fantasmic! is approx 25 minutes so you should be fine taking the bus unless you're at the end of the audience leaving the theater and park and the bus line is long. Fortunately there are taxis readily available in the parking lot.

Day 3:
Brunch at Tusker House at 10:30
Dinner at Yachtsman Steakhouse at 6:05 (we want to get back into epcot before illuminations at 9) No problem. Figure 90-120 minutes for dinner and the walk back to Epcot is less than 10 minutes. From YS it's faster to walk back then take the boat because the boat will go to the Boardwalk before heading to Epcot.

Day 4:
Breakfast at Kona at 7:50 (We have a key to the kingdom at 9:15, so know this will be a bit rushed, about how early do we HAVE to leave for the monorail to get to MK on time?) I'd try to get an earlier breakfast or eat at Captain Cook's. I would be waiting on the monorail platform by 8:45 just in case you have to wait for the monorail and/or bag check is busy. If the park is opening at 9:00 I would be at the platform at 8:30. You don't want to be late for the start of the tour.
Lunch included in KTTK
Dinner at California Grill at 9:15 (wishes is at 10, we'll go out onto walkway if not sat in good area for it) We like the view from outside better.

Day 5:
Snack for Breakfast
Lunch at Hollywood Brown Derby at 12:05
Dinner at Flower and Garden festival (we have 32 snack credits to get through and want to drink around the world this night. If we do feel like a sit down meal we have 1 extra credit a piece that can be used for whatever is available) Hmm. We usually have a light breakfast early in the morning then start touring the food booths at 11:00 when WS opens. Lunch is less busy than evening. Do some rides in the midafternoon and then continue with more food kiosks for dinner. On the other hand Brown Derby is excellent, but I would save it for another day.

Day 6:
Brunch at 1900 Park Fare at 10:30
Dinner at Flying Fish Cafe at 9 Yum!

Day 7:
Snack for Breakfast
Lunch at Yak and Yeti at 11
Dinner at Hoop Dee Doo Revue at 8:30 (we will be at Animal Kingdom which closes at 7 this day, can we close the park and get there, or should we leave early?) You should be fine. Take the bus to FW and transfer to the internal bus. Or take the bus to the MK and the boat to FW. The boat dock is very close to the HDDR venue and the boat ride itself is more fun than the bus.

Day 8:
Snack for Breakfast
Lunch at Tutto Italia at 11:30
Dinner at Citricos at 8

Day 9:
Breakfast at Crystal Palace at 8:05
Lunch at Be our Guest at ??? (Can only book BOG FP 7 days of our trip for some reason the last 2 don't show up, so we'll have to wait in line for this. Our flights are at 4 so we'll do it early, and use our last credit here if we don't use it wed, otherwise pay oop) If you are taking the ME back to the airport it will pick you up at your resort 3 hours (+/-15 minutes) before your flight time. You'll need to allow time to get back to your resort, pick up any carryons, last bathroom stop and be at the ME bus stop 15 minutes before the time listed on the paperwork so you'll probably be leaving MK around 11:30. With an 8:05 buffet, I don't think you'll be hungry for lunch.

I would love to fit in Le Cellier but it's never available! Given a choice I prefer Le Cellier to Yachtsman or Citricos. Both Le Cellier and Yachtsman prepare excellent steaks, but I like the appetizers and side dishes at Le Cellier much more. I usually choose the Lobster Chopped Salad and the rib eye with mushroom risotto (instead of the potatoes.) Keep checking online to see if a cancellation comes up.

Also need to figure out how to get a Lapu Lapu since I don't think I can ask for one at 8am!

You've got many great restaurants chosen. :)

Thank you both so much for the replies, I'll do my best to get out when you say so that I can make the couple time sensitive dinners! Figment in reference to Be our Guest, I think it's okay if we just have a cupcake or soup or something there, it's more that we want to see inside/etc, unless i'm trying to expend the dining credit, in which case maybe i'll bring a ziploc bag to the park to throw the sandwich into, and have at the airport while I wait that lousy 3 hours!

I've been thinking of switching Citricos to Jiko, but other than that I think I'm pretty set (unless le cellier pops up sometime during the trip, then I have to rework everything!). Thanks again for all the help!

We usually pick up something to eat at the airport while waiting although there was the time the security line was so slow we didn't have much time.

I've been thinking of switching Citricos to Jiko, We definitely prefer Jiko to Citricos. Jiko has a much more interesting menu and there is the opportunity to explore AKL and see the animals on the savanna. but other than that I think I'm pretty set (unless le cellier pops up sometime during the trip, then I have to rework everything!). Thanks again for all the help!
