leaving in a few days. last minute questions

Leaving Tuesday morning! i have a few last minute questions.

1. How much is a taxi from John Wayne airport to Disney area (anahaim plaza on harbor is where we are going)? Anyone get a taxi from the airport lately?

2. Is there anywhere within walking distance to buy groceries (fron anaheim plaza on harbor)? I'd hate to pay a taxi to a store and have him sitting in the parking lot with a meter running! Or is there a location that you can call ahead with a list where they pull your groceries to have them ready to just run in, pick up, and pay?

Any last minute advice for a family of 4 going to Disneyland during the most crowded possible time?

Sorry don't know about cab.

There is a 7-11/thrift store south of you on the corner of Katella and Harbor. Groceries? If you are looking for fruits and veggies, no. But that's easily the closest thing to you for drinks and snacks.

Mini van taxi from John Wayne is $45. plus tip.
We stay at the Worldmark on Katella, and there is a Vons (safeway) just up the road... we get a taxi there under $10. and then we call for another to pick us up. I have read that sometime the cabbie will wait but dont know if they stop the meter or not..
