It's been a LONGGGGGG day. Despite trying to get the motorhome ready with plenty of time, ol' Murphy's law reared it's ugly head and it came down to the wire. Service found a leak behind the shower area and had to go back and forth with the manufacturer etc. sending digital pictures so they could help. The service tech was incredible. Such a nice guy; really trying to do all he could so that we could get on the road (and this was at a dealership that doesn't even sell our brand). Also, DS (16) woke up with a toothache that turned out to be abscessed. Fortunately, the dentist got him as quickly as we could get there and he is getting some relief. He is meeting us down there as his school is very strict about missing days. blah 
So, I couldn't have left him if I thought he was still suffering.
So, barring any more catastrophes, we should be on the road at 4:30. The plan is to make it to Manchester, TN tomorrow and then the rest of the way on Saturday...getting in rather late Saturday evening. Another son is turning 7 on Sunday so we want to spend his birthday at WDW instead of traveling. The funny thing is of all the places we asked him where he wanted to eat, he decided that eating in the motorhome was just fine with him, as long as he could have breakfast in bed (and the little brother couldn't) LOL. Fine with me!
Off to bed. Very excited and tired.
